Can anyone tell me about this lamp? My uncle bought it at a yard sale. It is a pale lavender, clear glass.

It is beautiful, and it does look old. One thing I noticed was the top globe looks original, which is rare. Often they get broke and are replaced which lowers the value. I haven’t a clue as to how much it is worth, but if it has markings on the bottom you’ll probably be able to find out more about it on the web. Love it!

I do aerobics to music now to lose weight. I am bored with it. I am thinking about getting some exercise equipment such as a stationary bike. What kind of exercise equipment should I buy? I am a young female and I am accustomed to exercising and I am trying to lose weight. I need something for cardio. I don’t have much room in my house and I need something that is not too expensive. I like elliptical trainers & treadmills as they give you the best cardio workout and burn the most calories. Some treadmills fold-up for added space, if needed. Hope that helps. See the pages below for some buying tips and other guidance. Good luck!

I know the general advice is to drink a lot of water, along with other remedies, but does it really help? Or do people just say it, without really knowing? Has anybody noticed that drinking a lot helps? No links to websites please, just personal experience. Thanks!

water is good for you in general, so yes it helps, but if you want to clear up your face you cant just drink water. i had acne problems and i drank more water and my mom perscribed me to this stuff called toiten and my face is a gazzilion times better!

We have the Fisher-Price Healthy Care high chair, and absolutely love it! We got it when our baby was 6 months old. It is very easy to clean, and has height and recline adjustments. It also comes with a great toy that fits into the tray. This is great to amuse the baby while you are preparing his/her food.

Geraniums are a good choice.You can break them off and stick them right back in the dirt, and they will grow.Also I’ve seen goofers spit them out.

I am doing a Harry Potter party thing with my library the day before and the day of Harry Potter 7 comes out. I just completed a scavenger hunt required for it and I’m at the final word which must be unscrambled using letters from other words I “scavenged”. The scavenged words are all correct. The word (two words, rather) that must be unscrambled are “CAPUT DRACONIS”. It is obvious something pertaining to Harry Potter, and I must assume all the letters can be moved around to anywhere. I would appreciate SERIOUS answers. Avid Potter fans, I need you now! (Ok that was corny but oh well)
Yes it’s a two letter phrase.
The first word is 5 letters, second is 8 letters
